Terms & Conditions for shipping

• Variable fuel surcharge and service tax are extra on rates as applicable.
• All mail services will be collected from your office and delivered to the consignee's doorstep without any extra charges.
• Chargeable weight will be rounded up to the next higher 500 grams or 1 kilogram, as per the rate slab. Chargeable weight will be the higher of actual or volumetric weight (Length * Width * Height (in cm) / 5000), including packing.
• No deductions are allowed for late delivery, customs delay, or damages. Any such deductions on courier charges will be permitted only if our principal agrees to the reasons.
• Customs clearance, handling, packing, DG clearance, DG fees, loading, unloading, and transportation charges are extra as applicable.
• Chemical, liquid, and electronic shipment clearance charges are additional. Please contact us for more information.
• Rates and surcharges are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm new rates or special offers before booking.
• Address correction, remote area charges, return freight, and all dues will be charged to the shipper.
• Lost compensation is limited to the declared invoice value or Rs 500, whichever is lower.
• We do not accept items that infringe the Indian Postal Act or any restricted items as per IATA guidelines.
